Nordstrom Haul and Try On… Finally!

My intent was to get good pictures and mix up the clothes to see how versatile they were but my order got cancelled twice, half the stuff sold out and I finally got my package when I was out of town. Not sure what happened with the Nordstrom this year but I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to find my missing order!

Tonight was the first time I had to try everything on and it’s dark, and terrible lighting, and i’m tired. So I tried everything on so you can see it but the pictures are terrible (don’t attempt a mirror selfie in dark light, its never good) but just wanted to show you what I liked and didn’t like so bare with me.

By far my favorite dress. Kinda of a splurge for me but i’m sure i’ll wear it like crazy so it was worth it. Would be cute with tennis shoes or dressed up for work. The sizing weird, I ordered a 2 because I don’t like things that are super tight and it was perfect. (James Perse, I think.) The boots were definitely a surprise. They were cute with dresses, under jeans and were really comfy.

This was a comfy dress that is perfect for soccer mom season. And the shoes were actually really comfy too (but ran big).

These pants might be one of my favorite things I got, super comfy and soft. They will be fun to dress up or down. And you can’t go wrong with a baseball T-shirt.

Can’t decide which shoes I liked better but again you need these pants.

This is just a weird outfit but I loved the shoes and they were TTS. The madewell jacket was adorable but this is the small and it was pretty boxy. I love the frame jeans, so soft and stretchy but just a little bit long for me. The shirt would be a good work shirt and had some cute details.

Loved this sweater. Fit a little big but comfy, loved the color combo even if it’s super wrinkled! The shoes were super soft and comfy and ran just a little big. And my hair just about had it at this time!

This terrible picture doesn’t do this sweater justice. The sleeves are fun and blousy and it’s kind of a boxy fit.

Can someone teach me the trick to a mirror selfie? The shirt ended up being cuter on than I expected even with the bold print (it also comes as a dress), the Jcrew was perfection and these shoes are definitely going to be a staple in my wardrobe.

Loved the detail on this sweatshirt. I’m terrible at buying casual clothes so I was excited to find this. A lot of you didn’t love these shoes but they are surprisingly cuter on and super comfy. These jeans are butter soft and just a little bit long but not as long as the others.

This shirt ended up being one of my favs and would be cute dressed up or down! The shoes are super comfy and TTS.

Favorite shirt for sure, so light and comfy. Hate the boots with this but they would be fun with a dress. Still can’t decide if I can get on the white boot train!

I just noticed how dirty my mirror is! This picture doesn’t do this shirt justice. The collar has a lot of structure and this would be great for work but it was super cute with jeans.

Loved the raw edge on this sweater because you really can’t have enough comfy sweaters even though it’s hard to think about sweaters in this weather!

Don’t mind the mess behind me, we’ve been gone every weekend this month except one and that’s just one of many bags I need to unpack! Loved this shirt and jacket, perfect for fall weather!

Anyone that knows me know I always need pjs. I love to hang onto my ratty old ones that are broken in. I snagged some at last years sale and I couldn’t resist this year. At least I’ll have one pair I’m not embarrassed to open the door in!
